Vehicle Power of Attorney Form

 A Pennsylvania motor vehicle power of attorney is used to grant an agent the authority to make decisions and handle tasks concerning another person's vehicle. This document only covers specific transactions, such as title transfers, duplicate titles, odometer disclosures, and registration/tags transactions with the Department of Transportation.
