In order to enhance your service and ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible, here is a helpful list of information that you will need to bring with you.
1. Proper identification documents (Driver's License/State ID) for both buyer and seller
2. Vehicle ownership documents proving that the seller is the owner of the car such as:
Pennsylvania Certificate of Title, Out-of-State Certificate of Title, Manufacturer Certificate or Statement of Origin.
3. Proof of insurance such as ID card, Declaration Page or Binder.
4. VIN verification for any out of state title transfers: Vehicle must be physically at our facility for our Notary Agent to verify or you will need one of the following: a tracing of the VIN, or an MV-41 form filled out by a police officer or Inspection Mechanic.
5. For vehicles being Titled in a company name, we will need an authorization letter for the Signer that is authorized to sign on behalf of the company and a utility bill, IRS or State issued document in the company name.
6. Vehicle mileage.
7. Bill of Sale needed if vehicle was purchased from a Dealership.
8. If moving in from out of state and your purchased date on the Title is within 6 months you will need to provide proof of Sales Tax paid.
